I am trying to lose a little weight and tone up so for the next 2 months I am changing my eating/drinking habits and working out daily. I say 2 months because I hope to have made these habits part of my lifestyle so that it is part of my routine- not something I have to consciously think of doing.
I still plan on eating great food- just food that’s better for my body. I am also doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred in conjunction with Jillian Michael’s 6 week Six-Pack. A combination of those 3 should really get me to my ideal body in no time. Wish me luck! :)
